Custom 3D prints and the NexLo Modular pegboard system — from CT scan replicas to hooks that actually stay put. This is where NexLo3D started.
NexLo Modular System
Standard pegboard hooks fall out — we got tired of it too. The NexLo Modular System is precision-printed in PETG for strength, with an interlocking design that locks into the board and doesn't budge.
Arcade machines. Motorcycle parts. Medical replicas from real CT scans. Shuffleboard components. If it has a shape, we can print it — in the material and finish that fits your project.

Move smarter. Every box, tracked.
The problem we solve
Cardboard boxes get lost, mislabeled, and damaged. Staff waste hours hunting for items mid-move. There's no way to know what's in which box without opening every one.
NexLo Smart Totes give every box a unique QR code, a photo log of its contents, and a live inventory trail from pickup to delivery. Standard rental is 2 weeks — extend anytime for a flat $10. Serving Edmonton, St. Albert, and Morinville.
Fall move-in
Skip the borrowed truck and the cardboard box scramble. NexLo drops Smart Totes at your door, you pack, we move — then we pick the totes back up when you're unpacked. Easy on students, easy on parents.
Book your student moveThe process
01
We drop off QR-coded Smart Totes before your move date. Each tote has a unique code linked to your inventory log.
02
Scan the QR, snap a photo of the contents, and add a label. Takes 30 seconds per tote. Your inventory builds itself.
03
Every tote is tracked. Any team member can scan any tote and know exactly what's inside and where it belongs.
04
Once unpacked, we pick up the totes. No cardboard recycling. No wasted boxes. No mess left behind.

Moving a business?
Book Smart Totes
Tell us about your move and we'll get back to you with availability and a quote. Edmonton small businesses only for now.
Move your clinic, salon, or office without losing a week of revenue.
The real cost of a slow move
A cardboard-box move means days of chaos — mislabeled supplies, missing equipment, and a waiting room that stays dark longer than it needs to. For a clinic, salon, or dental office, every extra closed day is lost revenue and frustrated clients.
NexLo Smart Totes are built for fast commercial turnarounds — QR-tracked, pre-organized, and ready the moment you arrive at the new space.
Built for your industry
Equipment, supplies, and patient files — each tote logged and labeled so nothing gets misplaced during the move.
Product inventory, styling tools, and retail stock — packed once, tracked the whole way, unpacked fast.
Files, electronics, and office supplies organized by room or department so setup at the new space is fast.
Why it's faster
01
We map out your space and assign totes by room or department before move day, so packing is fast and organized from the start.
02
Every tote is scanned and logged as it's packed — no guessing what's inside when you're unpacking at the new location.
03
Totes move straight to your new space. No warehouse delay, no second trip — just pack, move, unpack.
04
With everything labeled and organized, your team can unpack by department and get back to business faster.
Pricing
Commercial moves are quoted per project, not per week — because your priority is speed, not how long totes sit around.

A NexLo3D Inc. service
Durable, 3D-printed manipulatives and teaching aids for K–12 classrooms — designed by someone who's spent 11 years finding out what actually survives a class set of 30.
What we print
Base-ten blocks, fraction tiles and circles, place-value pieces, geometric solids — class sets that don't go missing one piece at a time.
Molecular kits, anatomy and cell models, simple-machine demos — the 3D pieces a textbook diagram can't make stick.
Letter and number tiles, tracing guides, sensory and fidget tools sized for small hands and early grades.
Bin labels, supply caddies, name plates, manipulative trays — the small stuff that keeps a room running.
Need something specific to your unit or your students? Describe it — if it can be printed, it can be a class set by next week.
Order a full set for the room or just replace the pieces that walked off. Local pickup or delivery around Edmonton.
Why teacher-made
Most printed manipulatives are designed by people who've never run a lesson. These aren't. Eleven years in Alberta classrooms means knowing which pieces get lost, which ones break, and which ones actually move a concept.
New offering
This is the newest branch of NexLo3D. If you're a teacher or school looking for a specific tool, you'll likely be one of the first — which means you get a direct line to the person printing it and a say in how it's made.
Request a quote
Grade, subject, and what you're trying to teach — we'll come back with options, a price, and a turnaround. Single tool or a set for the whole room.
Scan each tote as you fill it and you'll build a searchable photo inventory of your whole move — no more opening six boxes to find the coffee maker. About 15 seconds a tote. Do it as you go.
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the tote's tag, then tap the link that pops up. Nothing to download.
The form loads with this tote's number already filled in. You never type a tote number.
Choose where this tote is headed — kitchen, primary bedroom, garage. That's how it gets sorted on the other end.
Take a quick photo of the contents and add a one-line note. This is what makes it searchable later.
Mark it "Open First" for daily essentials, down to "Storage" for what can wait. Unpack in the right order.
Tap submit and you're done with that tote. On to the next one. That's the whole system.
Open that link, then enter your tote number (printed on the tag) by hand.
